When will I get my stuff after buying?
Most products we sell are given to you within 1 to 48 hours. If it’s a weekend or a holiday, it might take a bit longer.

How will I get what I bought?
We’ll send it to the email you used when you ordered it.

What’s “Processing” on my order?
If you paid for your order and it says “Processing,” that means we got your payment and we’re getting your stuff ready. It’ll be sent to your email soon.

It’s been over 48 hours. Where’s my stuff?
If more than a day has passed and you still don’t have your stuff, talk to us using one of the ways listed here to reach us.

My order is “completed,” but I can’t find it. What now?
If you got an email saying your order is “Completed” but you can’t find the order details, look in your spam or junk folder. If it’s still not there, get in touch with us and tell us your order number.

How do I ask for a Steam Guard Code?

Is my private Steam account only for me?
All the accounts that don’t say “OFFLINE” in the name are private. These accounts are just for you, and you can change things like the email and password.

What’s an Offline Steam Account?
These are accounts we share that let you play games offline. You get a username and password to use on Steam, and then you can download the game to play on your computer.

Can I use the keys from anywhere in the world?
Most of our keys are region free, unless the product’s description says otherwise.

My key doesn’t work. Can I get a new one?
Sure thing! Send us a message, and we’ll help you get a new key. We might need some information from you first.

Can I get my money back?
Once we give you your stuff, we don’t give refunds. But if something’s wrong, send us a message, and we’ll try to help. You can refer to our Refund and Cancelation Policy for more information.

Are there any discounts?
