- Once a digital product has been delivered (i.e., sent to you via email, a download link has been provided, or the product has been provisioned to your account), no refunds will be issued.
- Eligibility for a refund, store credit, or exchange is strictly dependent on the payment method used and whether the product has been delivered.
2. Refunds by Payment Method
The terms of our refund policy are determined by the payment method used for the transaction.
A. Credit/Debit Card and Steam Skin Payments
Due to limitations with our payment processor and the nature of these payment methods, our policy for purchases made via Credit/Debit Card or Steam Skins is as follows:
- No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse: We cannot provide a cash refund if you change your mind after a purchase, purchase the wrong product, or no longer want the item.
- Exceptions (Store Credit): In the event you change your mind before the product has been delivered, we may, at our sole discretion, offer store credit or an exchange for a different product of equal value.
- Exceptions (Our Error): A full refund will be processed only in cases where Gamestrike is unable to deliver the purchased product or if a technical issue on our end prevents the product from being supplied.
B. PayPal, Cryptocurrency, and WebMoney Payments
For these payment methods, a refund can be requested only if the product has not yet been delivered. Once the product has been sent or delivered, no refunds will be made.
If your request is approved, the following specific conditions will apply:
- PayPal: Refunds will be processed back to the originating PayPal account, provided the product has not been delivered.
- WebMoney: Refunds will be processed in WMZ only. The customer is responsible for covering all transaction fees associated with the refund.
- Cryptocurrency:
- We will refund the exact-USD-equivalent amount of cryptocurrency that Gamestrike received at the time of purchase, after any initial network fees.
- The customer is responsible for all associated refund fees. This includes:
- Network fees (gas fees) required to send the refund.
- Platform withdrawal fees charged by our crypto payment processor.
